Our gut health, microbiome and parasite tests are designed to provide health indicators only. They are not veterinary diagnostic tests and must not replace professional veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Results are most valuable when monitored over time and should never be used as the sole basis for treatment or management decisions.

Laboratory & Testing

Testing is performed by an independent UKAS-accredited laboratory (ISO 15189). While we aim to provide accurate and reliable results, no biological test is 100% accurate. Results may be influenced by sample quality, collection, transport, medications and normal biological variation.

If a sample is unsuitable or compromised during transport, we may request a replacement sample. We are not responsible for poor-quality samples submitted for testing.

By using our services you agree to:

• Consult your veterinarian before making veterinary or treatment decisions.

• Understand the limitations of the tests.

• Follow the sample collection instructions provided.

• Seek immediate veterinary attention if your horse is ill or showing concerning signs, regardless of test results.

• Gut health biomarker reports

• Parasite egg count results

• Microbiome analyses (where purchased)

• Reference ranges and general interpretation

We do not provide:

• Veterinary diagnoses

• Treatment or medication recommendations

• Individual veterinary advice

• Guarantees about disease presence, absence or future risk
